Market Intelligence provider ICIS wanted to create a global campaign around its acquisition of United States-based CDI. Ultimately ICIS needed to communicate its presence as a truly global brand that’s ready for the future. We understood that acquisitions can cause uncertainty or unease for employees, so wanted to underline the value of the merger as a partnership – reflected in our campaign strapline: “Defining a better future together.” This was also communicated through the exciting visual language we developed: of bold, bright colours, dual-branded communications and imagery that stressed the power of teamwork. As well as a reassuring handbook for CDI employees – introducing ICIS as an exciting, innovative brand that will bring them future success – we also created emails and stylish merchandise that partnered the two brands visually.
